The Basics
Every Sunday we hire the facilities of a local gym where we get to shed our clothes and swim free of swimwear.
When you think about it, choosing to swim naked is the most sensible thing you can do. Why put on clothes just to get them wet? Why put on clothes that make you feel uncomfortable?
Uncomfortable? If you've never swum naked, you may not realise that swimming costumes, for both women and men are actually quite uncomfortable when compared with the feeling of the water directly on the body.
That's where Noah's Ark comes in, because we provide you with the opportunity to shed your swimming costumes in the company of friendly people each Sunday afternoon from 16:00 to 18:00 for less than the price of a couple of beers, at £10 per person
Anyone wishing to join us for the first time, whether it's your very first time trying naturist swimming, or you are a seasoned naturist, should phone us first on 07940 881 100. You will find out all you need to know about us and we will get to know you a little bit too.
What we Do
As well as the pool, we also offer weekly sessions in the studio, varying between Yoga, Pilates, Stretching and general fitness sessions, as well as occasional (un-tutored) life drawing sessions.
For these exercise sessions, there is an extra £5 charge to cover the cost of the instructors, making it a very cheap fitness class and, for the life drawing, there is a nominal extra charge of £2
(The studio classes are clothes optional)
We also have occasional Aqua-aerobics sessions in the pool too which are included within the basic swim price.
We don't just have the pool and the studio either, because there is also a steam-room and Sauna included in the basic cost. (Please sit on a towel in these facilities)
There is a gym that we can use but, here, you must wear normal gym clothes, as it is a condition required by our hosts.
First timer
If you are trying naturism for the very first time with us, it is quite possible that you might feel a little apprehensive, with "what if........" going through your mind. That is completely understandable and the majority of people will have had the same thoughts when they first shed their clothes at a pool, or on a beach.
Often, people will be worried that they will see someone they know. Well, that does happen sometimes but, as you are both doing the same thing, there is nothing to worry about there at all.
Nudity in a friendly environment such as ours is remarkably levelling and non-judgemental and you will feel at home in no time at all.
When you call our dedicated number before your first visit, you will be able to ask any questions you have and talk to a friendly voice, who will reassure you.

How to Find Us
By Public Transport
The nearest railway stations are at Tolworth or Stoneleigh. From there there is a 20min walk to Everlast Gyms from either station. Alternatively, you can catch a 406 bus near to both stations which will drop you at the junction of Ruxley Lane/Kingston Road.
